100 calorie whole wheat personal pizzas

So I thought I would post my latest kitchen creation for everyone to enjoy. I was at the gym working out today and pizza commercials kept nagging me on the elliptical. So instead of caving I came home and made healthy pizza. Here's what you will need.

3 whole wheat sandwich thins
Pam cooking spray
Part of a red onion
Fresh basel (or whatever spice you like)
1 Roma tomato halved & thinly sliced
1can precooked storebrand chicken breast
1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Feta cheese (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2
Start cutting up your toppings while the oven heats up you want them as thin as possible.

Step 3
Once you have your oven heated put the sandwich thins separated and inside up on a cookie sheet. Spray them lightly with Pam or cooking spray
Place in oven for 6 minutes

Step 4
Once the thins are toasted take them back out of the oven and turn them over on the cookie sheet. We will be putting our toppings on the outside part of the sandwich thin so we don't have a soggy pizza.

Step 5
With a kitchen teaspoon spread sauce on each of the 6 rounds. Lightly sprinkle with your mozzarella cheese so that each is lightly covered.

Step 6
Continue topping with chicken, tomatoes, onion, and basel. Lightly sprinkle with feta crumbles for added flavor.

Step 7
Once satisfied with your toppings pop them back in the 350 degree oven for 10 more minutes. (time might vary a bit, just make sure that your cheese is good and melted.

Step 8
That's it. Remove your pizzas, plate and enjoy. It's a guilt free alternative to an otherwise calorie loaded meal.

Hope you all enjoy this as much as we do. It's crazy what you can come up with with a little bit of imagination and what's in the pantry.
